How to Prepare

1. Measure 2 level tablespoons of raw sea moss.

2. Rinse thoroughly with spring water until sand and debris are removed. Use a strainer if needed.

3. Soak: Place the cleaned sea moss in a bowl and add just enough fresh spring water to barely cover it. Soak for 12–24 hours, adding a small amount of water only if needed. The sea moss will absorb the water as it soaks.

4. Enjoy: After soaking, the sea moss is ready for consumption. It should have a coconut-like texture when eating.

Suggested Use

Consume 1 teaspoon of prepared sea moss every other day.

Storage

Keep dry sea moss tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from excess moisture.

After preparing, keep refrigerated.
