Tea Directions
Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain carefully, especially because mullein leaf can contain fine hairs. Drink 1 cup up to twice daily. Start with the smaller amount to assess tolerance.
Capsule Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules with a full glass of water once or twice daily with food. Start with one daily serving to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours. Do not give adult capsules to children unless approved by a qualified pediatric healthcare professional.
When to Take
Use during cold and flu season or whenever seasonal support is desired. Tea may be taken in the morning or evening. Capsules may be taken with breakfast and, if using a second serving, with an early evening meal.
Supportive Dietary Plan
- Drink plenty of water, warm broth, and caffeine-free herbal tea.
- Choose vitamin C-rich fruits and vegetables, soups, and easy-to-digest whole foods.
